Fairfield Inn Dayton North is looking for FT and PT Front Desk Agents! You must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Check guests in and out of their rooms efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
